Resume Builder – CV Maker: Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Resume Builder – CV Maker, a mobile application provided by Abair Tech Solution. Please read them before using the app.
Purpose and eligibility
The app helps users create, edit, import, export, share and back up resumes and cover letters. It is intended for users aged 18 and over. Use the app only for lawful purposes.
No account required
The app does not require registration or sign-in. Resumes and other information entered into the app are stored on your device, not on Abair Tech Solution servers.
Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights to use any text, photos or documents you add to the app. You retain rights to your own content. Do not use another person’s information without appropriate permission.
Local storage, exports and backups
App information is kept on your device. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and keeping copies of important resumes. When you export, share or back up a file through another app or service, that recipient’s terms and privacy practices apply. Uninstalling the app deletes app data on the device; separately saved or shared backup files are not automatically deleted.
Importing documents
Document import and text recognition are offered to assist with creating resumes. You should check imported text and formatting for errors before using or sharing any result.
Third-party services
The app uses Google ML Kit for on-device text recognition. On iPhone, Google ML Kit may send anonymous diagnostic information to Google as described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party apps selected for sharing or backup operate under their own policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to create unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights, or interfere with the operation or security of the app.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify or discontinue app features. We aim to provide a useful tool but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free text recognition, or suitability of a resume for any specific job application.
No employment guarantees
The app is a document creation tool. It does not provide professional recruitment advice and does not guarantee interviews, employment or acceptance of submitted resumes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Abair Tech Solution is not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes legal rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated date and wording will appear on this page. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable law.
