Resume Builder – CV Maker: Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
Resume Builder – CV Maker (“the app”) is made by Abair Tech Solution. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app on Android or iPhone.
Summary
- No account or login is required.
- Your resumes, photos, cover letters and imported CVs are stored only on your device.
- We do not run any servers for this app and we do not receive your resume data.
- No advertising or user tracking.
Information you enter
Details you type into a resume, such as your name, contact details, work history and photo, are saved in the app’s private storage on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
Photos and camera
The app uses the camera or photo library only when you choose to take or select a photo for your resume or an image of an old CV. Selected photos are stored inside the app on your device.
Importing an old CV
When you import a PDF or photo of a CV, Google ML Kit text recognition reads the text on your device. Neither the file nor its text is uploaded by the app.
On Android the app has no internet permission. On iPhone, Google ML Kit may send anonymous diagnostic information (such as device model, operating system version and text-recognition performance) to Google to improve the service. This does not include your resume or document content. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Sharing and backups
When you share a PDF or backup file, you choose the receiving app, such as WhatsApp, Email or Drive. The transfer is handled by the app you choose under its own privacy policy.
Deleting your data
You can delete any resume inside the app. Uninstalling the app deletes its data from your device. Backup files you saved or shared separately are not deleted automatically.
Children
The app is intended for job seekers aged 18 and over. It is not designed for children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version and date will appear here.
